He never kissed someone, he gave out cutie points. I dont see how this is ERP. No one told him to stop, a CG tropper just approached him and without saying anything arrested him. Therefore i unarrested him.
He got banned without an admin sit, without someone asking him to stop, and on top of that he got banend for something he did not do.

I would also like to point out that the banned person did not recieve a warning, nor a staff sit. This is not how we do business on synergy. He just disappeared in front of me without proper investigation by the staff. not cool.
