The reason using OOC lounge would be viable is because it won't involve a map change. Instead of making a new version, for now we can use OOC lounge if this is accepted.

Becoming administrator allows me to help people in the server outside of my battalion, and in doing so exposes me to new things. It also lets me get to know other people, which can assist in working with other battalions in the future. Being in Rancor I already work for the community by managing the ARC program, but that doesn't seem like enough. Why help people who need to qualify for ARC when I can become an admin and help all corners of the server. Administrator also gives me the opportunity to become a game master, and I wish to host a plethora of events to liven up the server. Being an administrator can also help me with my inter battalion affairs such as being able to help put together ARC trainings or set up Rocket training. I also feel like it can improve my relationship with the community as I can help others who aren't administrators. Tell us a little about yourself (3 sentence minimum): I started Synergy in around mid-October 2018. I wanted to give CWRP another try after being screwed over on another server. I was a CT for about 2 or 3 days before I built up the courage to try out for a battalion. I initially tried out for 104th with the hopes of tank driving, but I failed that. I went about 30 minutes wandering around when I came across Rancor and decided to try out, and I failed 2 times. The third time was obviously the charm since I passed it with flying colors. I went on to the ARC training and it took me a very short time to find out that I needed to work in order to get what I wanted. After completing my ARC training I felt I was ready to start my real journey. I went through about a week after becoming an ARC then I entered the Jet Program which I was dying to be a part of due to the lack of grappling hooks. Weeks go by and then we are restationed on Endor, and the first thing I do is bring up that Rancor lacked a JTL. After some convincing, I was able to become Rancor's JTL and it has been a wonderful learning experience. Soon I was faced with a problem, Rancor was reorganizing Jet into Rocket which put a large task on my hands. First, update the tryouts with canon information and new training tactics. Second, create a roster for better organization. After that, I have been doing well in my job as RTL, and I am ready to embrace whatever future this server throws at me. I can be short tempered but very rarely when it deals with something close to me such as my job in Rancor. I don't flex my rank or training unlike others and I am able to solve complex situations by my training and by the book. Although I can have some issues with taking direct commands when I know that there is a better option, but I learn quick that I need to follow orders to the letter Do you have any previous staff experience? Name: TR Rancor ARC RTL 2ndLT Magnus Suggestion: Redo OOC lounge with an actual kitchen. Fridge, stove, sink, cabinets, etc. Implementation: Allows proper cooking rp and restaurant rp which can be done at any time. Hunting rp can be done for wild game. Lore: Clones must have had somewhere to cook things. Also there must have been a need to hunt for food since rations can be boring at times, or when they eventually run out. Workshop content if applicable: None at all just use the HL2 props. Addendum March 11 2019 1:00 PM: I know I didn't suggest this in the initial version of this post, but can we remove Ricardo? I know OOC lounge is OOC but it has RP uses and it makes no sense that a porg is in a cage on the counter. I'll leave this up to the approval. If he isn't removed then I won't care.

+1 As RTL or Rancor I see this as a needed change. Mashing space to hover is annoying as balls. If this is accepted, just give the Jet Leads time to reconfigure their training program for the use of the new jetpacks.

+1 Jedi and sith can use these speeders which can be good for cross-map transport instead of force jumping across the map.

Neutral Jags did get into Null which is impressive, but he doesn't have enough experience in SOBDE to warrant a squad leader position being given to him. If Jags would be around more squads and know how they function then yes that can get a +1 but not right now since he's only been in Null

+1 Wrecker is the literal strong arm of the squad, makes sense that he can punch like an absolute tank.

-1 The jaig eyes are only worn by Fordo and Rex. It's a critical part of a character's lore and having other people wear them almost decreases its meaning.

Implementation: Each battalion could use different version of the jet pack that lasts a certain time until they need to touch the ground again. This will provide a more realistic function to the jet pack. @Carter I was going to try and verify the validity of what CC Lenin had said but by the time I was going to, he was already banned. I spoke with him about it and he denied the statement regarding the DDoS. His only activity on the server was doing the CC training, getting AOSed, leaving the server, (day passes), joining back in, failing to have his mic function, and then left to run repairs. Afterwards I received word from the separate source (as noted to not be part of the server) about the DDoS threat (Not yet known to be false). I then said it in the Rancor TS channel and the ban was carried out. It was not my intention to have him banned without conducting a more thorough investigation about the threat. CC Lenin was subsequently banned and that made me start my investigation leading to the denial of the DDoS threat by CC Lenin himself. After reporting this to an admin I was told to file a ban appeal, which I did. I see that having CC Lenin banned when he didn't even finish his CC training and was proven to not have threatened to DDoS violates what we stand as being a community that strives to create a semi accurate simulation of life during the Clone Wars, and in banning Lenin would discourage other players from joining since even if not enough evidence was given they would still get banned.

CC Lenin has stated himself that he did not threaten to DDOS the server and was said by another one of my friends (Note: not part of the server). If anyone want's further information about the situation please ask so and I will give as much info as needed. If he is unbanned then I will be responsible for any of his actions that would warrant a ban for him. I don't want my miss-judgement hinder another player from playing on this server without evidence being put into light. If any of you have questions please contact me via Steam.
