9/10 a good solid event the only thing i disliked was the SNOWSTORM other than that i enjoyed the deployment alot!

Why should you become a Battalion Commander?: In the last few weeks the 187th has had a severe drop in numbers and activity and I have made sure to be 100x More active to recruit and keep people active within the battalion. I have taken on the role of "Acting CMD", Intel Deputy Director, Chief Disciplinary Officer, NCO Training Officer and lastly I was placed in charge of Making sure both the battalion and all of the regiments within have kept members and stayed alive. Under advisement from both Keegan, Omalic, and Hudson. Do you understand the lore of your battalion or squad?: Yes, I am well aware that the 187th is commonly called the "Hasbro" battalion due to their origin and lack there of standing lore outside of the EU novels or "legends" but I still think the battalion has great potential to be a thriving attack battalion with the proper approach. Availability: My Job IRL is technically "Volunteer" So I have Pretty open availability just in the last few weeks Ive put in over 120+ hours. Estimate of how long you've played on Synergy Roleplay?: I originally joined on Venatorv3 and then left for a while because of school and then came back on extensive and have played pretty consistently since then. Do you have a microphone?: Yes. Where do you want your battalion or squad to be at the end of your term?: I want to cut focus on the "35th Paratroopers" aspect and I want to make sure the battalion is a living breathing ATTACK battalion before we extend into other areas. 10/10 I love bug events im all about it. the characters were fun and interesting and it didnt have any dull moments!

the problem we have is the officers arent here to allow promos so we can have a function chain of command

I have tried really hard to help, This is the result it would seem 187th is trying very hard to keep its self afloat but I'm not a high enough rank to actually keep people moving past NCO, it puts us at a stand still. All of the active members try to recruit and do a good job in game but the Status of the MOST ACTIVE members is as follows for the previous Weeks Law/Sparky-WO Mech-SFC Bronze-SFC ZoBodo-SFC Duff-SSG Prince-SGT Tacher-SGT Rexko-PFC Tucker-PFC BenadictArchibald-PFC Franco-PFC I am Hopeful we can turn out battalion over and keep her running but i have to be able to push people up to do so. I'll die on this hill until its removed but I'll keep on trying.

Again this is related to a long time issue not just this weekend. Everyone left because of issues not from this weekend

The issues here stem past this weekend many of the issues have been existing before his visit with his family. His inactivity has been for a fair amount of time. The issue is not this weekend.

I feel he has, in the last 3 days the 187th battalion has lost around 11 members, 1 being a JNCO, and 3 Being SNCO's and 1 being a COL. the other member who left were enlisted troopers. Upon reaching out to the former members of the 187th and asking what made them unhappy it was a pretty clear reason. We feel that the work loads of the battalion fell into the wrong places and that overall the amount of inactive members was an issue. out BCMD being AFK of inactive a large portion of the time. I really like Keegan but I'm afraid that this Battalion is on it's last last legs and i don't want us to fail.
