Once again, I believe you have what it takes from what I asked you about.
I WILL say this: I know you don't recall who this person I'm about to speak of is, but take notes from Cryo (former CG) and what he did. He kept an amicable relationship with other battalions and often spent time with others. I know that is a two-way street but his way of handling outside relations was great. It sounds like you want to try something like what he did.-

Reason: Dealing with some shit at home with a family member having infection from surgery, My house flooding again, and finally a contractor coming down to give me a fucking quote to fix my backdoor THANKS TO A PUPPY THAT SOMEONE DECIDED TO NAME "KAISER" WITH ME SAYING FUCK NO. All of this has been taking my time (and stressing me) the past couple of days and I should of put this in earlier.

Suggestion:
There has been some abuse happening as of late that includes some friends of community-banned members doing RDMs using perma weapons on cadets/younglings whitelist and then swapping back before someone gets their steam name or ID from the scoreboard. This is a problem because you won't be able to find them on any of the actual Navel/Jedi Rosters outside due to being Cadet/Youngling. A couple of nights ago, I had the pleasure of dealing with a friend of Thorpy's going RDM happy in a Laat on a cadet and then swapping to his jedi before anyone got his steam name/ID so all we had to work with was a character name. Of course, he was stupid enough to continue after 5-10 minutes of us talking around to figure out who it was.
Where am I going with this? He only way of getting it from the ingame roster (especially if they are a youngling or cadet) is to contact a HA+ to them to contact a developer.
It takes time and not only that, It pulls people away from stuff they were working on. I noticed the search has yet to be added so why not include this why we are at it?
Implementation: Add SteamIDs to the ingame roster so we don't have to bug HS for silly shit

You should already be doing this as an SO with your JOs. Why do you need BCMD for this and what have you done as a MAJ to do this? I don't mean documents wise, but rather as on the server wise.

Brownie points for wanting to do this, but how? Since I've been here since 2018, I've noticed the server goes between a love/hate relationship with CG. Often times one BCMD throws it in the mud and then the next is absolutely adored by the server. Certain examples being Ratio and KnightVR. Another is Cyro...and he was not BCMD. The outlook sways back and forth every term and I want to hear how you plan on teetering back into the green.
Do you want your guys to spend time via joint training? Do you want to spend game nights with other people on the server? I'm interested in hearing.

However, I have one issue and please don't take it the wrong way: Some people have reported certain incidents before and nothing was done. I'm 100% for people having fun but when you see someone blatantly break rules and CG guy goes "I didn't see it" and walks away, It sorta makes a negative light. -

If this man was removed from staff, This would not be a re-app and a straight-up application. The fact that has not been brought up should prove Maverick's story. He also has legit proof of talks w/ Forseen before he resigned on Discord speaking about his possible resignation. I REMEMBER when he resigned too due to my long time in the community.
Maverick has never rubbed me the wrong way and I always enjoyed working with him on the staff team. What he plays on should not represent him at all. That's like calling a guy a shut-in for going on some silly Naruto RP server.
I am trying to remain neutral on this due to dealing with a situation stemming from this app and harassment on the server. I would lean +1 if anyone wants my opinion and if needs to be counted to keep this from being deleted if need be.

Good to see some clarificating after the fact, Thank you @Rohan.
That being said: This is not a BCMD report. This has nothing to do with Kaiser's actions as BCMD and more of his actions within staff team. The matter was addressed and he was suspended. As a suspended staff member, You lose all powers as staff member for a period set by high staff. If you have an issue with how they do their rulings, I highly suggest you join the staff to better understand this and help enforce rules if you have problems.

This report sounds more like a staff report and not a BCMD report. Some of the stuff you listed (the LAAT tower thing) was already had him punished and suspended as staff. Some of the clips were taken out of context and done by CG members who let it happened as well which is a...not great thing for you. As with @Hanz said, The FearRP clip was on BH and more than one BH was present.

Whoever said this either is not 212th or not in officer core. All arrests are looked at context and we will punish if it is blatant. I'm aware there was a lot of dumb arrest involving fists we cracked down hard. I have removed people for arrests in the past couple weeks for blatant RDM myself as well.

The rule applies only to WLs. GMs can use models as needed. There's a few models that are barred such as BCMD and the models used by Pixelcat.

As per the picture above you were using the CG whiteliste models you are allowed to use the commando droid cg model but you cant use a Battalions F4 WL in an event without permission from Commander+ of that battalion.
Do you have any photos of them actually on whitelists? Because they were on 212th jobs with CG models.

After reading some of the comments made by your council members and masters, It's clear you don't have the same level of commitment as you did during your first few months. I have serious questions why you are even going for a second term if this is the case outside of "I need to do this". If this is the case, I highly suggest you void and let someone pick up the touch before you completely dip out due to being burnt out of the server. I'm not saying this as an insult, but as someone who has seen this example several times in the past several years with other positions.
The fact you also involved people in Jedi plans who shouldn't be involved screams a red flag at me as well.

Can confirm this as well with some of our old guys in the community coming back. I don't know if this is just a Helix thing or what but majority of them had no credits.
