Why did you leave the staff team?: Cause I wasn't active and cause I wasn't really doing much as a staff member and due to a arrest In CG that was really dumb and I shouldn't have been arrested for
Why do you want to rejoin the staff team? (3 sentence minimum): One I think there should be more events and overall more stuff done on the server to hopefully bring back the whole server like it use to be but I also want to help out the staff team cause I've seen a lot of people leave and that's because of the way staff handles stuff and I want to jump in and hopefully keep them in the server too keep pop up and to keep the server going and fun and I have a lot of plans to bring back a lot of people and host a lot of events
How do you feel your previous time as a staff member went? (3 sentence minimum): There was a lot more active people on the server and it was really fun helping the server out with spawning droids and giving people Event job roles that fit in with events but ever since people were leaving I was getting tired of being staff but now its been 3 months and I'm ready to go back and help out the GM team and hopefully get the server back up and going
Tell us why you want to be an administrator (6 sentence minimum): I've seen the server is dead right now and I want to try to change that and make the server more active and fun for people to join back and not be bored I already have event ideas in mind to help and make people want to stay and have fun on the server and this isn't just me gonna do the events me and killjoy who is a SA has been making ideas for events already and were here to change the server around and bring it back to life also theres hardly any staff on anymore until 1PM the next day so I think I would be a great fit and cover that time and host events and make fun things to do around the map for the clones to shoot or drive I also want to get back into the GM team and help out with event jobs and spawning in droids for events on main and off main but I really want to help and fix the server from being dead and that's the main thing I am gonna work on as well as hosting events
Tell us a little about yourself (3 sentence minimum): Most people on the server know me as OxiCLightning but my real name is Sean and I've been a ENGL,SUPL x2,MEDL x2,TKO and a lot more but now I'm in 41st trying to make it come back to life and I'm not leaving for another 3 years until I know 41st is good for me to leave to help another battalion out but I love playing Video Games and streaming and helping people with stuff that they need to talk about and get off there chest I'm also fun to be around and I'm always active if people want to come and hang out or chill in TS
Do you have any previous staff experience? If yes, please elaborate on what you have accomplished: Yes I've been NA x2 Admin 2x on here just didn't resign or I didn't have the time for it and a few other servers I have been admin on like 3 Police RP servers and 2 Military RP servers

Description of event/encounter (required if no document provided): So there was a long necked civilian who was infected that broke into A old guys house troopers had to bring the old man back to base but they didn't know the old man was told to do a mission by the long necked civilian and he told the person he was with that he had the go to the bathroom but he wasn't going to the bathroom he was planting eggs around base to spawn zombies to infect the troopers so there was 6 eggs there was a white egg a mother egg that was by the vent console and 4 eggs in the engine room well the troopers were spreading the infection around the base that it got out of control and everyone had to leave the base while some troopers stayed back and cleared the base!

Tell us why you wish to be an administrator (6 sentence minimum):
Cause around 10PM EST all the admins are asleep and that's mostly when I'm active to watch the server over night as CG to make sure the rules stay followed and everything goes well over night and I feel like the staff team needs more active members at night just like they always have but it hasn't been like now where there's none active but I also want to help out with events and encounters and give everyone the fun they want when there bored I also want to help out with giving people there whitelist and I want to help the new people that come into that server that need to be trained but I also want to be a Game Master and help people build stuffTell us a little about yourself (3 sentence minimum):
I'm Sean the SUPL for CG and I'm really chill to hang out with if I'm working on docs or just trying to fun in the CIT I love flying around and teaching the new troopers about SUP and ENG in the server I also love cod and I play that time to time if nothing is going on in the server same with arma 3 anything to due to military or rp I will most likely play on my time that nothing is going on in the server I also love doing outdoor stuff like camping and hiking and stuff.

I have been a mod on 3 Police RP servers XYZ I was a Head Admin and Senior Admin on Unity Network and Mod on Gaming Light and I have been a new admin and a admin on here just my computer was really shitty and they got taken cause I wasn't active due to computer problems but now I have a good one I'm not away anytime soonHow much playtime do you have on the synergy server? Do you have any suggestions for the gamemaster team?: Not really there all good at what they do I just wish there was cool events from the series on the server if we could get a group together and do them on the event server and do one episode for that battalion and just to make the events more better

Description of event/encounter (required if no document provided): There was a scientist and he brought a zombie head into base and when he got to medbay a Naval came and helped him bring the zombie head into medbay and then helped the scientist run away down to HMC and they both planted bombs and blew it up and the scientist injected the Naval with stuff to infect him and then the troops brought the scientist to brig where the naval zombie let him out after the scientist infected himself and they went around base spreading zombies around and then left base and went to the village and then went back to base and one died and another one stole some CT armor and went hiding and got found in CY and the MCMD set up a firing line and killed the CT in DB
