EXPERIENCE:
The leadership experience I have developed on Synergy originally came from Tristan and Casual who served as Commanders Bly and Deviss within the 327th. From these past legends, I learned what is to be expected of a leader and how to live up to that role. Some of my most notable work that many can vouch for is my experience in public relations. I do my very best to assure that I come across as a friend when interacting with everyone, which has enabled me to do mass recruitment for the 327th. When a new CT, or anyone for the matter, is approached with respect, it makes them feel welcomed. Within the 327th, I have been a member of the Officer Corps for a few months and have been working very hard that the 327th is running efficiently. I think that my senior position in the Officer Corps as well as my time in the Corps is another good factor to add to this resume. Lastly, I feel that having collaborative experience with the Officer Corps is mandatory for a great Battalion Commander. I have worked with my fellow Officers for well over a few months and have become very close with them, considering them a part of my 327th family. With that kind of relationship between commander and officers, I feel that the 327th will be able to set out and conquer every goal and obstacle that comes our way.
Outside of Synergy and Garry's Mod itself, I am the former owner of a Minecraft Server that had been up for nearly 6 years. This excludes the Pixelmon server I owned as well. While being the organizer for these communities I had created, I learned how to work with others to achieve goals necessary to having a prosperous community. Some of these goals included hitting active user quotas, bringing in new staff members, and creating an immersive experience for the players.
With all of this being said, I want to use my experience of running communities to bring the members of the 327th together and create an immersive Roleplay experience since that is the reason for us playing on Synergy. Another valuable asset I have obtained is the knowledge of how to use your assets. Having our former Bly, Tristan, as an advisor will help Officer Corps and I to carry out his legacy of warping the 327th into the best attack battalion.
WHY SHOULD YOU BECOME BATTALION COMMANDER?:
I believe that I am most suitable to carry the title of Battalion Commander Bly because my dedication to the 327th. During the 327th's "trial phase" from being re-added, I felt like I could help the battalion evolve into something great. I slaved away at recruiting, trying to bring in as much attention as I could. After a few months of doing so, I worked my way up to officer, seeing that my hard work and dedication was being recognized. When word got out that the 327th passed it's trial phase, I felt like I had somehow been given a compliment by the higher staff of Synergy. After feeling like I accomplished something, I continued slaving away, enjoying every minute of it. After a few months of being with my family in the 327th, I had learned so much from icons such as Casual, Drayyen, Jenko, Roy, and Tristan. Owning the knowledge I possessed from these guys has really given me direction in the battalion and has pushed me to try and make this battalion go further than what is expected.
DO YOU UNDERSTAND THE LORE OF YOUR BATTALION?:
Just to briefly summarize what the 327th did in the Clone Wars, General Aayla Secura and Commander Bly led the 327th in the Outer Rim world. The battalion along with it's elite K-Company were known as an aggressive elite attack/defense battalion who operated in mainly siege like warfare. The 327th is iconic for it's appearance in Star Wars Episode 3 in the scene where Bly and his men gun down the Jedi General. They also appeared in a couple episodes of the Cartoon Network Clone Wars Series. After the Clone Wars, Commander Bly and the 327th evolved into a deadly force used by Darth Vader to hunt down any remaining jedi.
AVAILABILITY:
My availability is very flexible. I am attending a University but am a Film major so my classes are very lax and not too demanding. Other than that, I am pretty much on at least 6+ hours or so every day. If there is a situation that requires "On Call", I will try my best to be there.
ESTIMATED PLAYTIME:
I would say somewhere around 500 hours by now but steadily rising.

Yes, I have an abundance of Microphones so if one goes out, I have a whole arsenal to replace it.
WHERE DO YOU WANT YOUR BATTALION TO BE AT THE END OF YOUR TERM?
I see this battalion growing more and more. I am going to utilize my acquired knowledge and add spice to the battalion over the course of my term, making us stand out more to the public eye in a professional manor. There is/was a common misconception that the 327th is a "Minge" battalion. My goal is to completely erase that thought from the public eye. Over the course of the next few months, the 327th STAR CORPS is going carry themselves with class and be troopers that others on Synergy can look up to as role models.
DO YOU UNDERSTAND THAT IF YOU INACTIVE THAT YOU WILL BE REMOVED FROM YOUR POSITION?
Yes, I do. I will not go inactive because there is a lot of work to do for me to get this battalion in the spotlight it deserves.
DO YOU UNDERSTAND THAT YOUR POSITION HAS A THREE MONTH TERM LIMIT AND YOU MUST REAPPLY AFTER THREE MONTHS TO MAINTAIN YOUR COMMANDER RANK?
