Do I need to redo the Opt-in sectin before I re-install Gmod

I did the Opt-in section and I loaded in the server then left to test it but loading back in it still making me do the Download Lua files still

Since Monday I been getting the Request LUA files and it been downloading them every time I load into the server and even when we do map changes it takes me like 10+ minutes to load in. I have tried clearing my cache and verifying my files. I do have a Selected launched option in the properties setting of +tv_nochat. My question is how can I fix this since it takes me over 10+ minutes to load in and I miss a lot of important information? Malore

+1 I think the damage are fine since 42 damage decent I think just a slight increase to the fire rate would keep it balanced

-1 This does not need to come back like Marvel said all it brings is toxic and drama to the server which could cause people to leave I been through a lot of BvB and all of them ended the same people calling others stupid, your battalion sucks. That does not need to be brought back I know with the BOTM you still hear it, but it not as bad as BvB where you hear it every time you hope on the server

+1 on the suggestion but I say add at least one mandalorian model the the freelancer since not all bounty hunters were on other planets and they should be able to have more to customize than just being trando, degar, etc. Bounty hunters come from all different types of background and a lot of mando were not in clans and still were the mandalorian armor.
