    Pythin I love ya, but we aren't a daycare center nor are we a behavioral center. None of us are here to teach people how to be a decent human being, it's something they learn and do themselves. Nightmare learned on his own how to be less toxic and I hope I can say the same thing for MayMays.

    How good are your Communication and Leadership Skills?: I am a good communicator and a decent leader. I do assist in leading MARSOC along with Doc so, it does give you an idea of what I lead.

    Give us an Event Idea that you would like to Produce:     

    American Patrol Assassination/Capture Mission. (ONE LIFE EVENT)

    Background Information: A high ranking Russian Intelligence Officer is going on a tour of the new Russian Base of Operations to assist them in obtaining data from the United States Military. The US Central Intelligence Agency has obtained classified information and wish to further pursue this high ranking official to gather intelligence or hopefully eliminate him to slow down the rate at which Russia can datamine the US. One catch however, the Intelligence Official is heavily guarded by loads of Russian Troops and he has been trained to be able to handle interrogations. There is a twist however. 

    Phase 1 - Deployment and Preparation

    All Special Forces in USSOCOM, JSOC, and Green Beret/Rangers will be deployed to the event server after setup. The Central Intelligence Officers will be on the ground briefing SOC personnel on their mission. They will get geared up and and begin to pursue their mission.

    Phase 2 - Engagement 

    Russian Armed Forces will be surrounding a Russian Base along with armed personnel in the Command Center and out of the Command Center. The US will go in and infiltrate strategically. 

    (OPTION) Phase 3A- Assasination

    If the Intelligence Officer were to be killed, all US forces would return, get briefed on what happened on the mission, and head back to Main.

    (OPTION) Phase 3B - Interrogation

    Tier 1 Special Forces will be in charge of interrogation. Their mission in this case, to obtain as much info as possible about Russia's datamine plans and how they plan to seek their conflict.

    Phase 4 - Rescue on behalf of Russia

    Russia received a distress signal during the US infiltration and have sent Russian Mercenaries in attempt to kill all the Americans and rescue the Russian Intelligence Officer.

    Option 1A -  The rescue will be unsuccessful, US Forces have successfully won and will return to the Primary US Base of Operations.

    Option 2A - The rescue was successful, Russia has rescued their Intelligence Officer, a Part 2 will commence later on. (Mission failed, we'll get em next time)

    Applicant through my experiences tends to rush/inconsistently train new recruits on the MRP server as I've watched him. 

    This could pose a possible threat to his consistency and quality as a staff member on CWRP.
