You saying hes only on to put an app on shows your on at the wromg times or dont have your eyes open when playing. He is on every morning with or without his troops ready to do something with a very positive outlook. He helps the 91st and other battalions out during the mornimg as well. He may have been in the high command of SO for some time now but that doesnt mean he can't fix things. As an old 91st commander and LTC it is hard to get a point across to the battalion AND put a fix in motion. I give him a strong +1 for the work he does for the battalion WHILE he is at work everyday. Ever since my first day on synergy they have been nothing but happy and willing to show me and others the ropes. The battalion works well under me and everyone inside it doesnt want to see me go. I held my ground and came a long way. Ive learned many things as commander and i have much more i wish to learn with these guys. Ive set new rules and had new docs created for the 91st, expanded out of the battalion and befriended many people and those people have been there to help me become not just a better commander but a better person in my day to day life. Current availability: Everyday from 7:30 am to about 10 or 11am EST and 7pm to 11:45pm EST due to working overnights. What have you achieved within your battalion/squad during your past term?: Ive overcome slowly dying battalion due to the first month of school and brought it back to the size it was under doc. Ive trained 5 or 6 of the ARF Leads on the ship and gave my training's and such to my new lead to do. Ive expanded the types of training's my men do by teaching the things from stealth all the way to pure patience and call outs during events. I rebuilt the ARF branch in my battalion and slowly molded it into the form it is now with the help of not just my lead but outside opinions. Ive drilled into my men that any type of disrespect to anyone is not allowed at all and drilled the rules into their heads to the point where even CG know im going to be mad for what they did. Like i said above i set the grounds i stand on and everyone agrees. What improvements or changes do you plan on making within your battalion/squad: I want to continue to work on the activity and the amount of sims they do along with the relations with other battalions and naval. I want to get my men out there and give them all the abilities the need to RP and enjoy what they are doing. Ok so like Cblake had said everyone has some kind of specialization they are known for like how 41st can translate and so on. Moving GM to a different reg is worthless. In lore GM are known to be the BEST fighters and are feared for that very reason. And like a lot of other people have said everyone has the same kinds of trainings as you guys but you have a priority over the rest when it comes to doing certain jobs just like how 104th have priority when it comes to flying ships. And all the attack batts are not the same, 327th are a siege like battalion, 501st are more head on fighting and 212th are known for their air born troops as well. Saying they are all the same is like saying 41st, 91st, RANCOR, and SO are the same. -1 because its a pointless change to make, just stay where you are.

Doc i never said we should get it because they have it. Im saying we should get it LIKE the ones they have. I dont care if they get one with more power then us. Its something cool and looks nice with our armor and would give us a bit better chance since the scoped is ass.

I said give the 15 sidearm to only neyo ,his officers, arc, and lightning not all of the troops. But i see what your saying.

I have experience with leading the troops because i was made the 91st assault overseer by Doc. Also i had to lead the 91st during the times Doc and XO Spec was on loa. Ive also been a manager for two businesses irl (dont know if that helps). Also i was sharpshooter lead along with ARF lead as well. Why should you become a Battalion Commander?: A lot of people have been telling me ive done a good job leading the 91st in times without our high command. Everyone in the battalion is telling me they would like to see me run for neyo as well along with a recommendation from Doc before he left. And i dont want to leave the battalion without a true leader. I also try to make sure that the 91st stay as serious as we can during combat and any other situation. I appoint different people as leads for events to give them a chance to work on those types of skills and to help everyone learn to work with each other and treat one another as an equal even if they are a higher rank.
