I don't know what company Joah used to rent the server but some server hosts have the option to do scheduled restarts on the cp which is where rcon is located.

No, the last thing we need is another battalion. In my opinion there are some battalions as it is that need more players. I wasn't here for the RM post so I didn't put my info on that but I'm here for this. -1

IDK what you are talking about. What is difficult to do. I am using my phone right now and this is in my opinion just as easy as a PC.

That is very easy to do. All it requires is a few check marks in the permissions. And there is no reason to deny this in my opinion. +1
