I'd like to thank you for your post Vaal as all opinions are more than welcomed. We do try and address the many issues on the server with minges and what not that happens not only from CTs this is harder to contain when server Vets add to the craziness things get hard especially for new Cg thrown out to deal with the crazy stuff that happens. We have to warn about 2-3 times per arrest depending on the arrest and reason for it. People cant call for fairness when they get upset at a simple mistake a new CG may make when people run around sharing "Cutie Points" and carrying on like that. There is a time and place to goof around i mean we all are guilty of minging about especially late at night but during the day server rules are enforced. Yes CG has arrested people than have been let go because it wasnt deemed valid this happens especially when all hell is breaking loose on the server. To address the CT and CC issue most are warned more than once like for example there are (2) BIG SIGNS that say DO NOT LEAVE HERE... How many more warnings should we give? And CTs not all are bad but when people come on this server just to minge we must stop protecting that behavior for example " I wasnt warned for tresspass" Yet BIG SIGN SAYS EXPECT AN AOS... Every battalion has issues and I will not take away from the fact that false arrest do happen but Rules are to be enforced especially at peak hours. All complaints are dealt with when filed with valid evidence. This is a "serious Rp" server we cant upset when a Soldier runs around sharing cutie points and gets clunked... I love you all lets just get along.

Allowing people like this to stay in the community is a terrible idea his actions have no excuse if we keep forgiving people like this whats to stop him from getting on again and acting like a clown, He clearly violated more than one rules and abused his role. We need to stop giving out chances like its candy.

Experience: 1: (3) Days in the 41st. 2: About a month in the 501st Reached the rank of SFC by doing heavy recruitment and being extremely active in the battalion. 3: Joined the Coruscant Guard 4/18/2018 and been here ever since, Have reached the rank of XO after putting in hard work and activity into the battalion. I have worked on docs helped establish strong leadership with the now Former Fox (Panzer). From my first days in the battalion , I took it upon myself to recruit as much as possible for the Coruscant Guard to help bring the battalion to life. Under the leadership of (Panzer) The battalion grew to one of the most active pushing leadership to adapt to an active group of people. We have gone and changed up the rules and regulations together even going as far as setting a new dress code after our models were added. We have under (Panzer) changed the way CG is seen and operates around the server and, I plan given the chance to continue his legacy in this battalion that I have shown my extreme loyalty to. I have dedicated well over One Thousand Five Hundered hours to the CG. ❤️ Why should you become a Battalion Commander?: , I would make a good fit for BCMD because, I have the strong support of this battalion and its men and that means the world to me. I am committed to this battalion and have zero intent on leaving this battalion as I enjoy every moment good and bad in this battalion. I think, I differ from Panzer in I’am a little more rough around the edges..(Hes to nice of a guy) but I’am extremely fair and will hear anyone who legit wants to speak out and give them a chance. From my time in CG, I have grown to understand how the server operates and its rules and regulations. I think I can bring strong leadership and maturity to the CG and show the server we can be tough but also easy going. Many of you will see me joke with yall late at night and very rarely during the day but I do love agood time, I’am not always the hard ass I am made out to be. At the end of the day I respect the members of this community and love this place. To also state this I do like the jedi.. Loads of them just not jedi minecraft!! Do you understand the lore of your battalion or squad? : Yes, I have looked up lore on the CG once i joined the battalion and, I can stronly say..Fox shouldnt of used stun. Availability: Almost daily, I’am on the server for close to 250 hours or more a week. Estimate of how long you've played on Synergy Roleplay?: Close to or by this point over TwoThousand hours. Do you have a microphone?: Yes. Where do you want your battalion or squad to be at the end of your term?: I would like the Coruscant Guard to be even more self Sufficient than it is now. I would like ot continue Panzer’s legancy for building leadership from the inside that way our men grown and a strong ACTIVE chain of command is always in place no matter what happens. Before my time is up I’d like CG to be more understanding that not everythng should end in a arrest but you can talk people down in some cases. I think every CG member should have a strong understanding of the server and how late at night rules can be more relaxed and not being all enforced 24/7 that we are allowed to have a laugh with the members of the community we love. Tell us why you wish to be an administrator (6 sentence minimum): The main reason why, I would like to become staff is to help this community out in anyway i can. I have seen how busy it can get with admins being called left and right to tickets being submitted I think I could help lighten the load being another hand. Another reason i would like to become staff is late at night when around 2am plus my time there are very few admins on, I could help out being on late at night to help with anything the server may need. Seeing first hand how crazy things can get especially late at night where we can get about (7) CCs running a muck i think the more admins the better personally. Being a member of CG i see first hand all the times admins get called to deal with craziness and being there to slow things down would be a good way to take so much stress from the late night admins. I think i would be a great add to the admin team as I am on the older end and have a tendency to shut down nonsense before it gets to out of hand ive seen some younger admins be more scared to step in and i believe i could help them handle their stressful job a little better. Tell us a little about yourself (3 sentence minimum): I am (26) years old a former Police officer in the City of New York and a former member of the US National Guard. Currently live in the State of New Mexico with my wife and son while i wait for my next police academy class to start in Feb. I love to have a good laugh during down time on the server and mess around here and there but many will let you know during peak hours i dont joke... Some people hate that others understand but thats just the person I am. Im far from a dick if you just get to know me lol. Do you have any previous staff experience? Yes, I was an admin on many GTA Life servers on both PC and PS4. I was a head admin on most of them dealing with just RDM to internal staff issues and correcting mistakes that took place during in game time. How much playtime do you have on the synergy server? (You must have a minimum of 75 hours of in game playtime on the server to apply for new admin. Make a staff ticket in game so that you can figure out your playtime if you think you are close) I have around 1700 or more hours of play time on this server.

+1 This may seem odd to some people that a CG is agreeing Egg should stay but here is why. - His men clearly will back him tooth and nail they have clearly picked him as their leader period. A Battalion where the leader is admired by his men is a good thing. - I dont believe an outsider can fix the issues in the 41st it will take extreme work from the inside. - I think giving Egg a chance he can right the ship and get the ball rolling again. Yes a lot of issues have been brought up between CG and 41st and I myself have had issues with this battalion but it is THEIR mess to clean up. I joined the 41st when i first came on the server and left after (3) days because of the mingyness but i have seen the 41st at their best. Give this man a shot to fix the ship he will need his officers to knock it off because clearly all the -1s are because of the behavior of many of them.. I honestly wish the 41st the best i wish the same for all battalions no one wants a mess like this to go on. - Repent/Thorn

How can you have an opinion about your BCMD when you are barely on your CG because you're on your jedi? Is it maybe because of the demotions because of the screw ups and lack there of activity? If you and your friends arent happy when your battalion is happy and everyone can see the change in moral and how we carry ourselves well... The bias is real lol but everyone is entitled to an opinion.
