How about we make it if you were past staff member and you didnt get demoted or didnt get removed, or werent gonna get removed then you can reapply.

See I think quite the opposite. TBH there has only been like 6 in the past 3 months that have been banned. I say atleast 75% of under 14s tht play on the server make good staff. Like Im not 14, im 13 but I was a okay staff member. I didnt do anything special but I was a alright one, and more importantly not a bad one

+1 this is a great suggestiong. Hawk has made the pilot regiment a thing now, they are very active. Also for anyone who does not know 501st has 1 spare slot for regiments. We just avent ever used it.

Im not saying that he is wrong, I know we check callsigns, Im just saying we would still check the persons callsign if we get new models cause his point is how would we know if the perosn is actually a pilot

They could still do this now with the callsigns if the suggestion is accepted, to my understanding they will still have callsigns

We couldnt really have a way to prevent it before. Only battalion tha could prevent it was 104th.

+1 it was an honest mistake by him. I asked for his name as the person who got banned before was part of 501st and I wanted to put him in the blacklist secitons. I asked for the 501st name and then Roskoh said what he changed his name to. I meant his name before he changed it but my point still stands. It wasnt his fault he was banned and he was only trying to help. He didnt mean it in a aggressive way. Also you werent banned by Komrk Skirata, It was someone else.

Heist I explained this to you over and over again. It says everyone welcome on the ship should be considered fridnly unless they turn hostile. And then after it says never shoot another brother. Meaning the turn hostile rule does not apply

Note the CT did not shoot him by mistake but that is not relevant

Okay So I dealt with the situation along with Alpha, Hiest did admit to RDMing him and said he did it in self-defence, I explained to him that you must never shoot another brother even if he is shooting at you, only shoot at them if they are a event job and its been confirmed they are a enemy disguised (Commando Droid). He said he attempted to strip weapons and comms and succeeded but the CT ignored it and carried on shooting. BTW the CT has been banned for referencing the forbidenn order. Thenhe aid he ran into 212th bunks to type for CG to get to the area but then the CT came into the bunks and started shooting at him. He then said he stopped typing and began shooting back and killed him. Even though it was self-defence you still never shoot another brother. I can suppot this report as a TRO and SA who dealt with the situation. Heist did admit to killing him in self-defence which is stil not allowed. As a TR he shouldve been run through the rules and he should have learnt them in CC training. I will be looking into why he didnt not know this.
