Alright, Had Falcon help me with figuring it out more, Apparantly while i got transfered to Serra Keto, it removed my CG Whitelist or something.

First time making a bug report, and was told by Thire for this, I'll put this in the correct area.

GM-Admin BOB, and CG LT Thire, and myself as Serra Keto, have found an issue with the Serra Keto whitelist. While i have the ability to arrest, i do NOT have access to /af and secure comms, i have the gear but no access perms for it apparently.

Basically, my current whitelists that i know about are, Jedi/TG/CG on my jedi, on civi its just civi, on Naval its cadet, on clone its 501st, CR trained, and maybe a few others. On my jedi every so often, i hear the sound of stuff being taken from my inventory, (I know its not pickpocketing, because no ones nearby and it happens), and then 5 to 10 seconds later, it randomly gets reapplied to me as if a whitelist bug is going on. Main issue is that this is not able to be duplicated for deeper understanding to my knowledge, it just happens randomly,
