Ok, so I've attempted to set my steam mic and my windows mic to the same setting, even disabling sonar and all other possible inputs/outputs. It still manages to only work in the steam voice settings and not the in-game options. The in-game options refuses to listen to the microphone while the steam voice call options allows it just fine.

I read this and will attempt more fixes after work tomorrow. I believe nothing worked even when disabling sonar. My in-game microphone would not pick up any sound. MY voice (steam call settings) did pick up audio.

My in game mic refuses to work and it's kind of annoying. My steam chat microphone works but when selected as my in game voice microphone nothing is working. It auto detects my speakers or my steelseries.gg and when I change it via steam voice settings or normal window settings by selecting default, it won't select my actual microphone. A few things to note that I have tried as a fix: Redownloading GMOD Selecting my microphone as default via the steam settings and normal window settings. I've tried uninstalling steelseries.gg and selecting the proper microphone. When that occurs it sets to my headset mic and even that won't work when it comes to in game. It'll work for steam voice chat settings but not in game. As seen below the voice setting itself will listen to my audio input but the in-game option will not. (Yes I know the picture doesn't show an active test for the in-game). Any help will be appreciated. Edit: My microphone worked just fine a few weeks prior. It suddenly and randomly started having this problem with GMOD.

Hello, I made my Navy and Jedi character before I realized it was VIP only. I then bought VIP to access them and when I select them I go straight into a black screen. I can hear people around me and all the sound effects, I can also move around. I just cannot see due to the black screen nor pull up majority of the menus. My CT character is just fine, works as intended. Yet, these two are the issue. (I see a previous post about a Jedi life not loading and a similar issue a Founder handled.
