OVER SOME GOD DAMN ARC TRAINING'S... This is ridiculous. Rancor do their best to host as much as they can. As a former Rancor Commander it is hard to host those training's all the time but we always did our best and they still do. This is ridiculous. The training's take hours and a lot of talking and time, and they need to be entrusted to Rancor High Command because of the importance of the training's. My boy snow does his best now give him time. It is hard to run your own battalion and constantly cater to every other battalions schedule and constant complaining. This is not the solution to the problem at all.

+1 Extremely hard worker. This guy works very well with battalions which is very important, he is a hard worker and does his best to keep the Order strong and happy. He is a High Jedi General which should say a lot about how capable he is as a leader and Master. I would feel very confident with either him or Tybo running my baby. They are both my sons and both really quality masters and I am very proud of both of them ;-;. - Proud father and the First Synergy Yoda.

+1 This boi is one of the hardest workers in the Jedi Order. My son. I remember his Knight trials watching him run out after spar one and then come out with 500+ health like a madman. This boi has put in more work than almost any other member of the Order. I simply must minus one. I have known you for a very long time Stout and must tell you that your time I think has passed. So far on Synergy you have really not been involved with any of the following: 1: Masters meetings attendance is very, very, very low. You have attended one meeting in it's entirety on Synergy. Meetings are of vital importance to the Order running efficiently. 2: Activity is a major problem. 3: You have not assisted with trials or any other major Jedi Function. This is not a personal attack but we need someone who is actually involved with Jedi to lead them going forward. I encourage you to get involved with the Order and go for it next time. -1

As someone who went into the Yoda position in a circumstance where I was convinced to do so by other Masters, you should really go into it because you want to, not because other people want you to.
