He only can drop 100 armor, has a dp-23 and has the fusion cutter. His kit should have 250 armor drop, dp-23e, Fusion Cutter and deployable repair station. It caused blinding issues but it magically fixed itself after i followed your things it still didnt work but ig its fixed now

what will this due as Hound is a tracker and has that kit? would it make more sense to remove some weapons if its becoming apart of DS?

Yes he will and he already does take up a HVO slot but with current stage of his kit he only has the RPS6 and nothing else a normal HVO kit should have.
