+1 41st is transitioning its approach of battle from Recon to more mechanized and front line fighting. With that being said, GC will become obsolete in some ways, as their whole lifestyle is getting replaced. I believe adding an engineer role will combat that problem, and help better introduce GC the new RP they'll be experiencing shortly. As well as open up new possibilities for people who enjoy playing 1 role, and may have felt locked out previously.

+1 cool gun IC being kinda elite means they deserves a flashy tool that can be used often, it'll draw attention to the subunit within 41st and I believe an addition like this would promote activity and essentially keep IC at max capacity...all the time. Because, who doesn't want a new shooty bang bang??
