+1 would love this and I would say the same as Kaiser since i wish for the militia's return. but I love the idea of civil defense and an updated kit as well.

+1 i can see that this would be perfect for someone who plays this as having a blast with passive rp, as huyang has actively aided nearly every current jedi and many jedi in the past with crafting their lightsabers. I can just imagine the interactions, the canonical lore drops from jedi history that huyang could drop. I'd absolutely love for him to get added.

+1 the DP-23 is next to impossible to use due to low damage, low range, and nearly everything is more powerful than it in most kits. a buff would make it actually viable in combat, and help people to rely more on their kit if they have it in their kit. I cannot pray enough that a buff will potentially come to it.

+1 I want to see the 212th become much greater, and brought back to life. I feel something like this would definitely breathe more life into the battalion.

+1 QM does need a functional kit, especially since QM does have a specialization within naval, yet does not have a kit to match it. It causes QM to be the least desirable branch to be in since all it's considered by most new naval is RP heavy and not really anything else interesting at this time
