Tell us why you want to be an administrator (6 sentence minimum): Overall, I would like to become a member of the staff team for several reasons, some of which boil down to my desire for increased responsibility in game. I have also heard about certain issues, such as a lack of tickets being taken and internal staff matters, and I would like to be there to assist as much as possible. Qualities in myself that I believe contribute to my suitability for a staff position include my activity level. Currently, I am a student at my college, attending only a few classes weekly, leaving me with lots of free time throughout the week as I already devote a significant amount of my time to Synergy, and others can agree that I am extremely active in this regard. While I acknowledge that this would be my first time staffing somewhere, I feel that since joining the Synergy community three months ago I have learned a lot and developed a strong understanding of how things operate. I am excited about contributing to this server and believe that this experience would be an excellent starting point for me and is a significant factor in my reason to become an administrator. there are other reasons as well, but I believe those are the biggest.
Tell us a little about yourself (3 sentence minimum): Well I wrote the part above after this part not realizing as I included this in there but, I currently am in college taking a few classes weekly (although I devote a lot of my time to synergy) and have been a very active community member within this server. Now Since my main focus outside of games is my academics / school I generally spend alot of my time here. Besides all that I am currently within the 501st as a Heavy lead, Torrent company officer, as well as a Current Lieutenant. My general love for the 501st lead me here which I am very grateful for as 501st has made my experience on my server 10 times better and has overall made me love synergy and wish to apply for staff. That being said thats just some minor things about me.
Do you have any previous staff experience? No, But I am a very quick and dedicated learner.

+1 he has my vote 100% i love this guy hes gone above and beyond for the 501st time and time again hes constantly trying to find ways to improve the battalion and keep us active hes told me all the changes hes wanting to make and its all incredible stuff that would help the battalion grow he deserves it more than anyone

Reason(s) why we should accept your appeal: I was on my 501st Heavy Ordinance job messing around with the anti tank mines that the job is supplied with, to my thought I never knew these mines detonated without a vehicle running over it or activating it by sinking it into the ground a ton of times (which I didn't do) , However I placed one outside of my 501st bunk near a table and following that the mine exploded which ended up killing 8 people nearby, I had no intention of killing any of them and it was a pure accident. To my knowledge I never knew these could instantly blow up like that( I've tested them in sim rooms multiple times you can run them over, shoot them, step on them and nothing happens until you shift e on them multiple times), I am sorry for the people I killed and yes it is a bad move to be placing a mine out of nowhere especially in base, and I have stated this quite a lot within this text but I do want it to be known I had no intention of truly killing someone, I always thought these mines could never explode without a vehicle running over or activating it after a ton of presses. And know I did not put it into the ground, as soon as I placed it the mine exploded. I worked hard to get to where I am in the 501st I would never do anything intentionally to compromise the position that I've made it to in my battalion.
Evidence to support your claims: I didn't have my recording software open at the time and I don't know the names of anyone that was around me or if anyone saw what happened again I am truly sorry.-

if plan 1 fails then theirs no coming back but i guess i could just try and improve my relations with people that my acts have effected which is also part of plan 1 but ill do it again in plan 2 if plan 1 fails
