I understand you want the normal trooper to have something different but no. 

You're a trooper, nothing more, nothing less.   They also used the same stuff as a normal trooper.

Its not them trying to get a free weapon, they want the normal DC15 swapped with the scoped one i'm to assume.

-1 just use the gun you have, and be happy with it. (by the way, the scoped dc-15a has worse hipfire accuracy than the standard, you don't want it.)
