Implementation: The tablet will only be able to be used by Appropriate Naval ranks and Engineer classes. I would expect that Engineers do not abuse the tool and use it wisely. Lore: The tablet was created for a Starwars RP server which was then released publicly, I think it would be a nice addition to the Engineer "RP" side of things where you can diagnose with the tablet and also create cover. This is simply a different tool that does 4 jobs in one which makes it a easier, It places, Freezes, Noclips and rotates all in one tool.
