Remove Ability to post in "Accepted" Forums

Suggestion: Remove the ability for people to post directly in the "Accepted", "Pending", and "Denied" sub forums, only forum moderators should be able to move threads to these sub forums, members shouldnt be able to directly post into these sections.

 

By the way i posted this topic directly into the accepted section to support my point.
