Synergy Staff Members Minging on other Servers

Staff Members Wrong-Doing:  This staff member came onto IFN Clone Wars and spammed the N word in advert chat.

Explain the situation:  The staff member who dealt with this player, Pac, was dealing with staff situations when this player decided to spam the N word in advert chat.  Pac then muted Goober's chat and banned him.  Since he is a staff member on Synergy I am posting this to make you aware of one of your staff members being racist on another SWRP server.  I will provide the logs and his ban in the evidence section.

It's part of the staff rules on the Synergy Roleplay Rules, it's literally addressed as well when they get the rank

We set standards, going around then pissing about on other servers just brings bad and unneeded reputation to the community. Same goes for most of GMOD communities and the staff teams they have.

What do you mean? most the things i've commented on ppl usually have the same opinion. this is the exception only bc i didnt know there was a rule already in place. The reason I got a negative rep is because I posted something cringy just recently. If you're referencing our disagreement on jedi damage most the server agrees with me and you and one other person were the only people who disagreed.

After Speaking to Craigle, i have made the decision to remove this user from our staff team. He is also being blacklisted for 6 months from The Synergy Roleplay Staff Team. Behavior like this is completely unacceptable and inexcusable from any staff member. This Report is now CLOSED.
