Add Cadet quiz for getting CT

Suggestion: This quiz is for the cadet room because they already finished training so the worst outcome is getting trespassed or disobeying a direct order which repeatedly removes your clone trooper rank and drops you back to a cadet permanently.

Implementation: Quiz is going to be better without waiting trainer.

I think giving them that option or using the quiz can be a lot better in some ways. I do happen to notice a tons of new players who don't get trained in time and end up leaving, this will void and fix that issue. Now I happen to believe doing the TR Training is somewhat useless. Always seems as if they just follow me but aren't taking in that info. Where with the quiz is would make sure they answer correctly showing us they understand the basics and what may be required.
