Lix Posted February 24, 2018 Author Report Share Posted February 24, 2018 It gets to this screen then just doesn’t respond to anything. I’ve turned it off and on. Unplugged everything and replugged it in. It was working just last night. Link to comment

It looks like someone that used your PC initiated a full reset and you can't get out of it The only other thing I can think of to do it you need to create a recovery drive and try to circumvent it or plug the hard drive into another PC and pull the files you want to keep from it and let it Reset in your PC and start from scratch.
