Reasoning: At the current point in time, EOD characters are heavily limited kit-wise by the ammo of their DC-17m launchers or rocket launchers. Since all EOD whitelists fulfill the role of HVO and EOD for their respective Squads, the change would only benefit the versatility of their kits, befitting of Clone Special Operations. Furthermore, it allows all EOD characters to offer more support and assistance to Clones from all battalions if an HVO trooper is not present.
