Reason(s) why we should accept your appeal:After getting permission to fly a plane, an admin used his phys gun to drag it back into the hanger before deleteing it, freezing me, then teleporting me on top of the ship while i was slowed, then i was arrested for 300 seconds and then banned for NITRP. I was banned in teamspeak, the the game, and everywhere else. I then went into discord and asked him about it in the general hat when he then said i was banned for talking whie PTS is active even though thats not even bannable nor does it follow the initial ban message that popped up when i was banned. I have went through hell and back to ensure i can get all these training qualifications to be able to have fun and it ruins everything when after 7 hours of gametime i get banned for something i didnt even do in the first place. Please im begging get me unbanned from the discord aswell and i will continue to be on my best behavior. Thank you for taking the time to read this and please take it into consideration.
Evidence to support your claims:I dont have direct evidence however it should be in logs

Also with the pts, i wasnt even using my mic, as it was completely off at the time

2 on your arrest log you had more than 1 arrest you actually have 21 within the last couple months 2 of them being today alone which would fall under NITRP in my mind. so what can you say to dispute that?

3 I was on you were 100% on intercom because I heard you during the deployment.

Intercom? Wth i never touched any intercom today bro. If i had a clip i wouldve put it into the place that says clip. And to dispute 2, i had minged in the past yes, but this time i came on to actually roleplay and get trained and joined a battalion. because i actually wanted to play the server. the other two today were false but admin nver removed it like he said he would. Also give me the clip that shows i was "on the intercom" from today because if you cant prove that then i know youre lying either way. My in game name is mustard and has been like that for a week almost

All ive really got to say is why would i go out of my way to download teamspeak 3 and 1, join the discord, join your guys's teamspeak, get trained for an engineer, bomb diffuser, pilot, 501st tryouts, and supporter if i had no intention to roleplay? If i had no intention to roleplay i wouldve stolen a plane, fucked around, and not listen to anyone. Shit i wouldve never made a dispute in the first place if i had no intention to roleplay. Just think about that man.

No offense but “in my mind”? There’s a reason 4 arrests results in a ban. Idk what happened before but if he only got arrested 2 times what warranted the NITRP ban?

just curious if there was more in his 2 arrests in the day he was banned that resulted in a ban before 4 arrests

No offense but “in my mind”? There’s a reason 4 arrests results in a ban. Idk what happened before but if he only got arrested 2 times what warranted the NITRP ban?

just curious if there was more in his 2 arrests in the day he was banned that resulted in a ban before 4 arrests

I am not voting since I was involved with this but will give some context.
 

You were arrested for taking a LAAT out of MHB and then crashing it.   I have a clip of you on the trail end of it when someone had called the AOS and also breaking PTS during the deployment hosted by Nexus when they had the camera on.  I quote “shut your bitch ass up” was what you said.

I was the staff member who moved you from outside to inside MHB due to CG not being able to reach you.  Staff are allowed to assist if they cannot reach you.   I was busy helping with nexus with his deployment so I couldn’t speak with you.  I was going to mute you until we swapped maps but then your ban happened. 

I do recall someone asking “who’s flying” during the first part of the event when your ban happened.   

If anyone wants to see the clip, I had it posted in synergy discord after it happened.  I can get name of the AOS when I get home from work.   I have an uncompressed version of it.  I keep my Steam recordings turned on for Synergy and also for doing QA so I try to keep stuff just Incase.

In the future, if you have a problem with an AOS - You need to speak with a staff member.  Just making a ticket  (@ in chat) and getting our attention helps.

The ban at this point will be up soon, but I will comment on your past offenses as I was in command of CG at the time and have some recollection of them. 

You were considered a minge who had No Intent to seriously play the server, and your attitude for your arrests today (last night) showed, with little to no change to your behavior and how you interact with the server and the privileges you can earn. Many arrests for RDM, Button Abusing, Trespassing and the Intercom Abuse... which is a lot out of the 21 bans on record. Personally, I think you knew what you were doing and you wanted to exploit it once again, but in a new light being in a battalion and being a SUP. 

Again, not my decision, but I personally don't think you want to RP and care for the server enough to continue doing so after your ban is up. As for the discord you were "banned" from. That is up to the leadership of that battalion, in this case the 501st Command Leadership are the ones in charge of that, not the server staff.

People in the past have been banned for NITRP for less than 4 arrests. Depends on the context.
