Description of event/encounter (required if no document provided): West outpost was down, it turns out a civilian was taken hostage there. Civilian was taken to medbay on base, where he would then have the CIS called to attack. They would later find out that he is a CIS informant. and that he had a bomb on him. bomb was disarmed.
