Add more spawn areas for wiltos for jedi

Suggestion: Sense starting as Jedi on the new server, I've noticed that spawns for wiltos is lacking thus affecting the market for new players compared before the new map with the old map, just making a suggestion. There is a jedi area but no caves for wiltos loot but we could use other spots for loot but as a community because the current loot system for new players has been lacking from personal experience with playing on server as jedi mostly all the good loot gained by myself was loaned by people that played on the old map. There is currently only 8 spots for loot making common hilts more rare. And the person who suggested me to take it forums was Mystic aka Mace Windu.

Implementation: A new spawn place inside the jedi temple or an alternative spawn place
