Afterwards I received a ban and when coming back I lost all of them. I've heard that a lot of other people are encountering this problem, banned or not. I'm not sure what's causing it.

Zensras Posted January 14, 2024 Posted January 14, 2024 Can confirm this as well with some of our old guys in the community coming back. I don't know if this is just a Helix thing or what but majority of them had no credits. IT Department, DID YOU TRY TURNING IT OFF AND ON AGAIN?
