Still waiting on help with VIP and Sub

Hey guys, I started a new topic under store support, following the ticket format and submitting the issue. However its been days and I've recieved zero help. Did I input something wrong? Why is getting store support taking this long?

Hello! If you'd like further information on your store support ticket I would recommend responding to the ticket itself as we will not disclose information related to anything in store support on the public side of forums. I know this isn't the answer you're looking for but, it's the best I can give you here.
