Description of event/encounter (required if no document provided): Anaxes Orbital Defense shot down a CIS frigate that crash-landed near Anaxes Base. There were 3 survivors, however, only two were captured. The 3rd escaped detection and seek & capture teams and is probably disguised as a civilian or hiding out in the forest or whatever. The 2 prisoners have been successfully interrogated and revealed critical information on fleet deployments, mining and procurement operations, and coordinates to certain CIS-held worlds. They then died under "sudden and suspicious circumstances".
