Single player building

I need someone to give me a guide on how to set up a Single player map with the current Server map and addons so i can build some dupes

All you got to do is find the addons from the server which I believe are on the forums and after that restart gmod after they are done downloading press single player then select the Anaxes map that should've downloaded during the addons.
