Description of event/encounter (required if no document provided): Basically Commander Cody was deployed to Endor for a mission by a Naval Commander and got Captured. Naval Commander contacts the rest of the republic asking for help. within the process they go to endor fighting off the CIS to look for Cody. At the end Cody managed to get out of the CIS Base and back to safety by the Republic.
