Takes a bit to load in now. Not sure why?

Before you ask I have done all the steps and my game works fine it just takes more time then usual to access the f4 menu when i fully load in when I join the server this is what I see in console.

Couldn't find/load font 'Trebuchet', falling back to 'Tahoma'..
Couldn't find/load font 'HUDNumber', falling back to 'Tahoma'..
Redownloading all lightmaps
Failed to load sound "weapons\tfa\ironout.wav", file probably missing from disk/repository

1. How many addons are you currently garrysmod subscribed too?
2. Hard? SSD? How much space is it capabale of having and how much of it is being used?
3. RAM? How much and how often is it all or some being used?
4. Network? Has your internet provider changed anything recently?
5. How often do you verify game integrity of files?

1. None i just download from the server cause everytime i subscribe i have issues.

2. I have a lot prolly more then needed. :)

3. I have 16Gb of Ram

4. Nope still the slow but stable dsl internet.

Hard to say much without knowing specific details but:

Subscribing to the addon pack solely is definitely a faster way of joining. Making sure you have CSS(counter strike source) is another good idea. If you are having issues well i cant speak on them due to not knowing what they are. 

Sometimes the DSL internet can slow the process down even more but that also depends on location and time of day. Some ISP companies recently have been bottlenecking connections and doing shady shit or so im told anyways.

Ram should be good. 

FastDL from the server is always great to use, but i find having the addons on hand especially as a SA+ is more useful.

 

I would recommend you do a complete reinstall of not only the addons but your game as well, do a verify game intregrity AFTER first launch of the game and your addons have been installed. 

Me personally, i run the game in a window, mainly so i can tab between screens and so on and its actually had a positive effect on performance for me.

Its just load in Lag it depends how many people are in the server at the time and how much stuff is going on around you because you have to load the map entites and everything around you first. These errors that you sent are not of concern. We are currently to get rid of the log in lag actively so.
