9/10 I thought it was a fun and intriguing event.  Very different from many others I get put into.  The cartel was a fun enemy to take down, and I preferred the bit of passive RP early on.  I think the event enemies were a little too low HP.  I was one shotting them with the E-11D.  Rare that that ever really occurs.  I think I only had a slight interaction with a citizen that was really useful toward the completion of the mission. Some interactions seemed useless even with multiple attempts.
