Battalion or squad you are applying for: 21st Nova Corps Commander Bacara

 

Experience: Joined on 12/19/2019, worked hard to achieve the rank of Captain in the galactic marines and then rank dropped back down to SGT upon joining Keller’s unit. I then quickly worked my way to LTCOL and the COL Charger and then stepped up to CMDR of the Galactic marines, I took leave and came back to be reinstated rather quickly as Commander Keller as I was informed of the issues the unit was having and I wished to fix them.

 

 

Why should you become a Battalion Commander?: I joined 21st under advice of “BigBoss'', a mutual friend who’s become close to me, and upon joining 21st I have not been in another battalion. I have been NC, GM, and Finally KU, where I reached Col Charger and then when the time came Commander of the Galactic Marines. After achieving this, myself and Bacara, who at the time was Fenrir, began making changes that were direly needed in an attempt to make the Battalion self sufficient and give the officers control over the clones. I then due to a divorce and real life crashing down resigned from 21st, I resigned from staff, temple guard, the guild and everything. I kept tabs and when I heard the battalion was in need I quickly made my return and was granted CMDR Keller. I have assisted in making changes and restoring KU to some of the glory it earned previously.

 

Do you understand the lore of your battalion or squad?: Yes, at times better than some, it’s what kept me grounded in the 21st for so long. We fought in the land, sea and space and included formidable pilots. No other unit has a cool war story of using experimental mech suits to beat droids with their bare hands.

 

Availability: Varies due to work, I am soon to start different shifts but my schedule flips me days and nights and gives me good chunks of time off during the month. This allows me to do as I currently do as CMDR Keller and play with Day and Night time players and allows me to address multiple issues that others might miss. I find this to be highly beneficial.

Where do you want your battalion or squad to be at the end of your term?: Attempting to return strength to the core, a lot of decisions were made before Oxen as bacara that we have been working through and I hope we can continue down the path of retribution. And I can only hope that all of the regiment spots will be full and there will be inner competition to achieve spots and players will not want to be stagnant and will always wish to reach further. I plan to leave a legacy behind me as great leaders before me like Qal, Fenrir, Oxen, and so many others. I refuse to be yet another stain on this battalion when we all can achieve better if just a little more effort was involved. I have strong faith in my current officers and other commanders and we have already talked about our plans if they apply as well and we all share the same mutual goal. That is that the 21st will become a great unit again, in both respect and honor.

 

Do you understand that if you go inactive that you will be removed from your position?: Yes.

 

Do you understand that your position has a three month term limit and you must reapply after three months to maintain your commander rank?: Hopefully after three months I will not have to reapply and there will be strong players behind me to carry me home. But Yes I understand.
