Gmod Load-in Issues

So, when I load into the server I get a message at the bottom right as I'm loading in for the first time saying it's loading "materials/textscreens/logo.png". The problem is I just sit there, for roughly 30 minutes alone or more just, stuck at this point. After it is done loading past this point, it almost immediately times me out.

I have un-subbed from everything and wiped my cache+LUA logs, all of it, but it is still happening and not getting any better. Just now because of it it took me over an hour to load into the event server, missing the whole event.
