Summary of encounter: Cap’n Black Tooth contacts the Republic with information relating to information and supplies he has managed to seize from different locations, but there is a catch.  He wants to test the Republic on their abilities to be real Pirates and Adventurers. He is giving the troopers various Riddles and conundrums on how to get the supplies and information.
