Implementation: Change some weapon values. These would be used in events for things such as cannon-fire from a frigate. Lore: Not needed, self explanatory. Workshop content if applicable: Not applicable. This is being put to Pending so it doesn't get forgotten with the new update and has already been discussed with Square/Jackson.
