It was carrying something from the unknown regions and cause the ship to crash in the first place. With the element combined with the explosion it released a sort of toxin which causes cellular things to turn into mutations and turn rampid. The explosion caused the base to shutdown and fight toe to toe with those things until a cure would come. What was the result of the event?: The mutations were destroyed and a ship from the fleet gave a cure to help take down the mutations and sent down supplies for relief. Was this more of a role play oriented or "shoot em up" oriented event: Shoot em up Link to comment
