-Secure to all other heads of the Black Ops Divison- 

As of right now current progress on operation: Black Death has been on timeline. With the Chancellor giving us full authority to do whatever we need in order to end this war. As it stands their are three of us left. Black Ops Intelligence Lead Ghost has met his end during a mission. We will investigate his death and all parties involved to see if any intel came out. As it stands Rancor, 21st and SOBDE are all willing members to fulfill our mission. And as it stands none of them have showed extra interest about what is going on. Shall that time ever come, they will meet their brothers at the end of a Rifle. We are dispatching Black Ops Division Head Casper to the base of Anaxes. To resume Ghosts duties and investigate his death. Shall any problems arise we will exercise our ability to do what is necessary. 

Casper this is directly meant to you. When you reach Anaxes speak to Bacara about the situation at hand and what we will be expecting from him. 

Trials in the city are going well, we have successfully located the correct chemical composition we need for our plan to work. With further trials underway we will continue to  forward.
