Event Name: Inspector Harolds Failure

Summary of the story: The Senate sent Inspector Harold a war veterant to inspect the base after so many attacks to determine what could be done to help the base. The inspector was unaware that an umbaran assassin was targeting him and that CIS infiltrated his guard unit, but harold was very old. 

What was the result of the event?:  Harold was assassinated and the droids were eliminated. the umbaran was captured but escaped and killed.
