How good are your Communication and Leadership Skills?: Having previous experiance as an Head Admin, SOBDE Reg etc I would say my communication and leadership skills are pretty good

Give us an Event Idea that you would like to Produce: An event series in which the players would enter a week-long campaign based on the capture of a planet, this series would have individual parts suited to a different battalion based on what they specialise in, each stage is completely player choice, BCMDs would pre-plan their approach and will only recieve a limited amount of data in which they have to utilize in order to create a plan, each phase can be failed and several effects can come from these failures, if failures happen often the future events will be more defensive based to give the impression that the Republic are being pushed out  and losing of control of the planet, Several choices will have to be made regarding prioritizing saving civilians over gaining ground. Each mission will grant the Republic resources (Vehicles, Ammo supplies) which they can choose to use at certain points of the operation. I understand this is vague but I don't wanna spoil too much of what I have planned
