Merrill - A Hand in the Field

Event Summary: An uncharted asteroid field blocks the path of the Republic cruiser, dense enough to cause serious damage to the hull. However, a hidden hand reveals that there may be something more sinister in the field.

Event Outcome: A wayward traveler gave some hints over comms that the field was trapped. Bombs damaged the Skygate as hidden pods dropped inside. The ship was heavily damaged by the firefight and depth charges, but the hard work of the Republic eventually stabilized the ship.

Type of Event: Passive RP/ Shoot Em Up Mix

7/10 Unique event, never seen an event where asteroids hit the ship. Usually its just "this happens, CIS shows up". Nice to see variety.

9/10 Pretty good event decent spawning decent story.

6/10 pretty interesting we didn't get much action in eng room but smoke and grenades that came outta no where don't know what we were attacked by but it kept the server entertained

The grenades were to simulate the damaged engines, it was adverted twice but got kinda buried.
