Event Name: The Genocide of the Gotal's

Summary of the story: Gotals came aboard the ship after hailing it saying that they were refugees. they were brought to IR and kept there while the CIS came shortly afterwards and attacked and managed to breach into the med bay and harm the gotals. the gotals were also interrogated for some reason by Omega, and then the CIS were defeated and left
