New alarm sound and lights function

Suggestion: Update the venators alarm noise to something else. It currently sounds like a dieing cat and is rarely used. 

The lights button only does a minumumn light flash which is actually non intrusive but something like what the original venator where we have the option to turn lights off and have red flashing lights would be very immersive. Increase text field to have more characters when we type messages in game.
Reason for suggestion: When we advert/comms long messages it cuts off your text if it

Uh, there's literally nothing we can do about this since it's part of the map and not an addition we made, that would be up to the map author (Who made it like this in the first place)
