I do not use any sort of VPN. I do use a hotspot to game if that may have some kind of impact due to my normal internet being quite literally unplayable, lol.

I am having a similar problem to Cheez. Every time I join the server, my name and credits reset. This has been going on since I rejoined the server for the first time.
