PVT < SPC < CPL < SGT < SFC < SGM < WO < LT < CPT < Major < COL personally this is what I feel would work, but thats just me ;)

Honestly there isnt a purpose for every rank but there should still be WO to move into Officer ranks, aswell as making captain JO and adding COL after Major to balance each section with 2 each, ya know?
