The difference this time will be is that I fully understand how to operate discord, logging stuff and other functions i didn't know or was aware of. This time I will be more active on helping events and gms if needed in help so that way I have people to notice I am their and active. Basically better my comuication other than staying quiet. I did not use LOA/ROA do to wasn't knowing how to log it and was being to stuborn, too confident thinking I'd still be active do to my recent moving and thinking I would have enough time not needing a LAO/ROA. Which gave my removal of staff.

+1 Taco is a very good man. He has ambition and goals he likes to set. I've known taco for SOOO many years and i know his actions are meaningful. Brings a lot of good key points into the Battalion itself. He simplifies on what change and improvement he would do. as a strong believer of Action than words. i know he would make good suit as a commander of the battalion. TACO!! <3

What kind of Improvement should ARC get despite its positivity? what are you trying to look for in ARC despite your confidence of ARC clearly as you see not needing changes. the officer core has more active numbers in the unit itself than NCO's and REG's troops. What kind of improvement would you do exactly to improve the numbers and the rate of our current Activity? you say you'd improve it but how would you? in detail or as a sum up. Do you have any plans other than working on the Regiments and NCO/Officer core? like doc work or recruiting changes or some kind of changes in Quotas? personal opinion: I would like the information you're putting out as opinions you want to improve of in details, please. Because you're saying improvement and some kind of changes you'd personally would. but you're not telling what's the improvement would be or what would you do exactly to improve the unit in detail. I am a strong believer of actions than words and would like for clarity as a whole.
